STRUCTURE
Yezzi Associates, LLC, is a full service architectural firm located in Ocean County, New Jersey.  The firm is a registered NJ Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and a certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), which has been providing professional architectural services to local and state government agencies, educational communities, commercial/professional enterprises and the private sector since 1982. Our in-house staff includes licensed architects, planners and LEED professionals, senior designers, AutoCAD specialists, professional marketing and administrative personnel.

EXPERIENCE
Independently, Yezzi Associates has an established reputation and award-winning staff with the talent and capability to provide our clients with a broad range of services, including site planning, evaluation and cost analysis; design development; complete construction drawings and specifications with documents for public bid and advertisement; renderings and animations. Complete construction administration and/or construction management services are also available. In addition, our staff includes LEED professionals to assist with energy conservation measures and certification and RCI members with over 1,000,000SF of roof consulting experience. We are able to assist our client from conceptual design of a project through receipt of the certificate of occupancy and close out documentation. In conjunction with our licensed and experienced sub-consultants, we have the ability to expand our services in order to meet any requirements our clients may have.

Through our experiences with a diverse clientele, we have had numerous opportunities to work closely with state, county and municipal permitting agencies, local planning and zoning boards, community and neighborhood organizations, and we are well versed in the codes and standards that are required to finalize a project successfully. We understand that each project is unique. We strive to meet the needs of each client by offering creative designs and innovative solutions, which will reflect our client’s vision, satisfy their technical requirements and stay within their budget.

Our firm is focused on energy efficiency and meeting the needs of a ‘green’ building environment. We have engaged in projects which have been designed to meet LEED certification and/or other energy efficient measures, and our staff stays abreast of the most up-to-date USGBC standards and recommendations.

TECHNOLOGY
We have complete AutoCAD capabilities, which enables us to adapt to your drawing requirements for any existing or new design. Our technical staff is also proficient in Primavera, SketchUP, Accurender and assorted other software applications, which facilitate the production of complete and accurate documents and ensure a well-planned and executed project. Our administrative support staff has expertise in the preparation of AIA documents, contracts and the bid package, and Microsoft Office Suite.

INSURANCE
Our insurance coverage meets or exceeds the requirements of most RFPs, RFQs and private sector projects. In addition, we have the capability and resources to increase and/or modify coverage to meet specific requirements for specific projects or tasks.

FEES
Our fee structure is competitive. We offer hourly rates and/or lump sum fees, depending on specific projects. Contact our office for additional information.
