- We are also engaged in providing the most up-to-date information on Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and how they can help our clients lead by example in reducing energy costs, promoting clean energy sources and providing educational opportunities for the community.
- We continuously research various funding sources for energy efficient systems, upgrades and products regarding existing facilities or new construction. Our staff is experienced in preparing grant applications and can help you complete the process for your specific projects.
- New Jersey Clean Energy is continuing its incentive- based energy audits through its Local Government Energy Audit program. Audits are very beneficial in identifying energy loss and making recommendations to achieve maximum energy reduction and conservation. Public facilities which may be eligible to participate in the program include government offices, courtrooms, town halls, police and fire stations, sanitation buildings, transportation structures, schools and community centers. For a complete list of all types of facilities and detailed information on the LGEA, visit njcleanenergy.com.
- If you are considering an energy audit, our staff can provide assistance with the initial application process, and follow-up with subsequent phases regarding recommendations generated by the audit.
- If you are considering renovations, additions or new construction of commercial, government or private residential properties, it would be beneficial to discuss conservation concerns early in the process to determine which energy systems, upgrades and/or funding programs might be suitable to your needs. Contact our office for a consultation.
- In anticipation of an increased ‘green building’ workload during the following year, our staff is upgrading and expanding their education and skills through AIA approved seminars and conferences, which focus on green building design, energy conservation, sustainable resources, local market materials.
- We look forward to working with you throughout the year to help make New Jersey a green state… until then, have a very ‘green’ day – everyday!
