“The Park Avenue Elementary School is the oldest public school structure still in use in the City [of Orange], opening four years after the telephone was invented.” (Gov. Corzine)

Yezzi Associates provided professional services to renovate/restore the original school, 32,000SF, and complete a 68,000SF addition. Both the restoration and new addition conformed to historic preservation guidelines in terms of the façade of the original school and complimentary construction materials for the addition.
