Our team of architects, LEED professionals, designers, technical and administrative support personnel are readily available to assist you with all your A/E needs.

PRINCIPAL
Massimo F. Yezzi, Jr., RA, PP, has been the Principal and Executive Director of Yezzi Associates for over 25 years. He is administrator of all projects and responsible for all management and architectural design. Under Massimo’s direction, the company has flourished and received recognition and numerous awards for outstanding design, material selection and client satisfaction. Massimo has a B.A. in Architecture and is a member of the AIA, NCARB, USGBC, ICC, NFPA. He is licensed in several states, including New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. In addition, he has received numerous industry certifications and continuing education credits. He has extensive experience working with state, county, municipal departments and educational communities; codes and standards agencies such as the Div. of Consumer Affairs, Office of Emergency Management and other permitting departments. Massimo serves on the Ocean County Construction Board of appeals and has been a member for 15 years. In 2011, he received Certification as a member of the American Arbitration Association Roster of Neutrals (AAA). Membership in these entities brings a unique level of knowledge and expertise to the firm regarding all phases of the A&E industry from concept of design through certificate of occupancy. Massimo has also served as a Councilman for the Borough of Point Pleasant and has been an officer/board member of various charitable and civic organizations. He is a member of the Toms River-Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and has been a past president.
PROJECT ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER
Giovanni V. Peragine, RA, LEED AP BD&C has over 20 years experience in the field of architecture; he has been with Yezzi Associates for 15 years. He has a B.A. in architecture, is bi-lingual, and a member of AIA, USGBC, ICC. Giovanni serves as Project Architect/Project Manager for the majority of our projects. He has filled this role for the past ten years, scheduling and managing in-house staff and consultants for a wide range of engagements. He has extensive experience working with the Div. of Consumer Affairs, Office of Emergency Management, NJ Schools Development Authority and local code enforcement departments. He has expertise in grant applications and has assisted several clients in their pursuit of funding for their projects. As Project Manager for award-winning municipal and educational projects throughout New Jersey, Giovanni has demonstrated his ability to coordinate staff and tasks, and meet the goals of our clients in a professional, efficient manner.
Giovanni also hosts continuing education seminars for Yezzi Associates to ensure that our professional staff stays abreast of the most up-to-date trends, materials and techniques that effect our industry.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR/MANAGER
Matthew G. Yezzi has 12 years’ experience in the architecture/building industry. He has been with Yezzi Associates for seven years. Matt has extensive roof consulting experience and is OSHA Construction Safety & Health certified. As construction administrator/construction manager, Matt works with in-house staff, consultants and contractors, reviewing plans & specs, coordinating job site activities, attending progress meetings, facilitating punch list preparation, etc.
Matt served as the construction manager for our award-winning Ocean County Vocational-Technical Schools MATES Academy, which was a 52,000 SF new construction project designed as a high performance specialized high school. He has also served as construction manager for several other municipal and educational engagements, which required the approval of multiple permitting agencies and various municipal codes. Throughout his tenure with Yezzi Associates, Matt has demonstrated his ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel and departments, ensuring the successful outcome of a project.
